ERIC PRICE

HIKER / CLIMBER / ADVENTURER / PHOTOGRAPHER / CREATIVE

Eric an adventurer, nature lover, and wanderlust enthusiast. His love and passion for the outdoors is like none other. From growing up as a four-sport athlete, he always had an itch for competition exercise. But, when struggles with mental health set in, sports and competition did not help ease his mind. Eric had to find a new outlet. In high school, Eric picked up a camera for the first time and would go out and shoot anything he could. From plants, trees, creeks, etc. That amazement from seeing his first photos turned into a love for photography. Later, as he got into college, He found himself at a dead-end.

He wasn’t playing sports and competing like he used to. With that came weight gain, unhealthy habbits of laziness, and especially mental health struggles. One day, a friend introduced him to rock climbing and he absolutely fell in love. As EricI started to peak at climbing, Covid-19 hit. Gyms were closed and there was nothing he could do but go outside. So, he did exactly that.
He hiked multiple times a week, capturing what he could with my personal camera. Eric fell
in love with hiking and other ways of connecting with the outdoors.

Fast forwarding to today, He am an outdoor junky, a lover of climbing, disc golfing, hiking, backpacking, camping, and so on. You name an outdoor activity and he has come to fall in love with it. Going into his senior year, Eric went to Estes Park, Colorado for the summer to work at the YMCA of the Rockies. At the Y, he fell in love with the Rocky Mountains. Fast forwarding to today, Eric is a resident of Denver, Colorado working full time at Mission Hills Church as a Graphic Designer. But, every chance he gets to, he is in the mountains.
